Volunteer Positions:

Event Founder and Co-coordinator:  Jon Ray

Coordiantor: Natural Nash

Create and manage event that inspires massive community action, from a "bottom-up" versus "top-down" perspective, while supporting the community ideas.
 

Volunteer Coordinator: Diane Storm

Responsible for recruiting and managing Strike Team volunteers.  Actively recruit for Strike Team volunteers and coordinate managers needs with capable volunteers. 


Music Manager: Bass Mechanic 

Recruit and manage lineup of DJs and bands.  Manage all audio and visual equipment.  The Music Manager and Technical Director will work together.


Bar Manager: JJ Brawley
 
Create budget, estimate booze intake, buy bar materials (cups, ice, etc), manage three bars and bartenders.  Work with Event Coordinator to secure money and drops.

 
Kitchen Manager:

Create nourishing goodness to be enjoyed by all.  Manage food supplies and budget.


Strike Teams:
**OPEN**

Strike teams are an essential part of the success of this event, and are made up of one or two volunteers.  Strike teams will be assigned an assortment of tasks throughout the event, including ticket sales, bussing, assisting bartenders, and will be called on for anything and everything that might need to get done.  You can volunteer for the entire night or just a few hours.  Let us know how you can help!

Promotions Manager:

Responsible for promoting the event and spreading the word. Use flyers, websites, email lists etc to raise awareness of the fundraiser.


Roving Photographer: Nicole Sibley

Roam around taking event pics which will be used by Burners Without Borders.


Web Guru: diem

Creates web marketing plan along with event producer. Ensures timely web updates and functional website. Steals your whiskey when UR not looking.
